These Terms govern your use of the mobile game 2048 Portals (the "App") provided by Viachaslau Rouski ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the app store's terms.
The App, including its code, design, graphics, and "2048 Portals" branding, is owned by the Developer and protected by law. The 2048 game concept is not claimed as ours; this implementation, its portal/multi-grid mechanics, and its assets are original. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.
Signing in is optional and handled by Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account.
You agree not to: cheat, exploit, or manipulate the leaderboard or game state; use bots or automation; interfere with the App's operation or security; or use the App unlawfully. We may remove leaderboard entries or restrict access for violations.
The App is supported by ads (Google AdMob). By using the App you agree to the display of ads as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD $10.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent required by applicable consumer-protection law; otherwise by the laws of the Developer's jurisdiction. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
